📦 Shipping Policy

1. Cookies 🍪

Our cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped nationwide! Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after processing to ensure maximum freshness. We use USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on your location to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Days: Monday–Wednesday (to avoid weekend delays)

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (after shipment)

  • Packaging: All cookies are heat-sealed and carefully packed with padding to protect against damage in transit.

  • Warm Weather Notice: During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs when needed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to help resolve any issues. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.


2. Candles 🕯

Our dessert-inspired candles are handcrafted in small batches and ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Carrier: USPS or UPS

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (after shipment)

  • Packaging: Candles are wrapped securely in protective packaging to prevent breakage.

Please inspect your candle upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit, email us with photos within 48 hours so we can send a replacement or issue a credit.


3. Candies 🍬

All candies are made, packed fresh and ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail or UPS

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (after shipment)

  • Packaging: We use protective, food-safe packaging and insulation when needed to maintain freshness.

For warmer climates or during summer months, we recommend choosing expedited shipping to reduce the risk of melting. While we can’t control transit temperatures, we pack your order with care to minimize any issues.
