Banana Cake Minis

There is just something about a light, fresh banana cake that you want to eat all year round. Our recipe was originally my grandma's which was made without bananas, and we never even knew it. I have added my own spin on this family recipe and has now become our #1 requested cake for all of our families events. We added our homemade salted caramel and vanilla bean frosting layered between toffee pieces to really take this cake over the top. These mini's are just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.
