Three kids. Less than two years apart. 186 pounds, exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected from myself. I loved my family, but I had lost me. The person I looked at in the mirror wasn't me.

That’s where this whole journey began — not with a gym membership or a magic supplement… but with one decision:
